定义
内侧和外侧半月板位于股骨和胫骨之间，发挥缓冲及分散力的作用。因此，创伤或退行性磨损（例如，膝关节炎）可导致半月板撕裂，从而影响整个膝关节的受力分布。半月板撕裂主要发生在垂直和水平两个平面上。垂直撕裂通常是急性创伤的结果，而水平撕裂通常是退行性病变。[1] 撕裂可造成膝部疼痛、肿胀、关节活动度受限以及膝关节卡压、交锁、发软。撕裂可能会导致退化性关节变化（如果尚未出现）。
