Evidence-based medicine, GRADE, and BMJ
The purpose of BMJ Best Practice is to help get evidence into practice.
We use GRADE to ensure that we use the highest quality evidence. GRADE helps us to assess evidence for risk of bias, inconsistency, indirectness, imprecision, and the degree to which it may be subject to publication bias.
