局限性皮肤系统性硬化症

局限性皮肤型系统性硬化症是系统性硬化症的一种类型，特征为手指皮肤硬化症（指端硬化），在某些病例中，还表现为面部和颈部或肘部和/或膝远端皮肤硬化症。该病不会累及上臂、大腿和躯干。

之前称之为肢端硬皮综合征 (CREST)，代表存在钙质沉着、雷诺现象、食管运动障碍、指端硬化和毛细血管扩张。 这一术语现很少用，因 CREST 特征并不限于该类型系统性硬化症。

抗着丝点抗体的存在提示预后较好和更长的存活生存期。

治疗主要针对症状或所累及器官，并干预皮肤和其他结缔组织的纤维化。

仅少数患者会发生硬皮病肾危象；ACE 抑制剂可降低这一并发症造成的肾衰竭、透析和死亡风险。
