Grau 1: ausência de sinais de patologia importante e pouca interferência com as atividades diárias

Grau 3: dor cervical com sintomas ou sinais neurológicos (radiculopatia)
Grau 4: dor cervical com patologia importante (por exemplo, fratura, mielopatia, neoplasia e infecção espinhal).
Epidemiologia
