მონოკლონური ანტისხეულები დუპილუმაბი და ტრალოკინუმაბი შეიძლება განიხილებოდეს ზომიერი და მძიმე ეგზემის მქონე პაციენტებისთვის, რომლებიც საჭიროებენ სისტემურ თერაპიას. მწვავე შეტევების დროს გამოსაყენებლად, აშშ-ის სურსათისა და წამლის სააგენტოს მიერ დამტკიცებულია სამი მედიკამენტი:
