Definição
მწვავე ქოლეცისტიტი ნაღვლის ბუშტის მწვავე ანთება და ქოლელითიაზის, ანუ ნაღვლოვანი კენჭების ერთ-ერთი ძირითადი გართულებაა. მწვავე ქოლეცისტიტის შემთხვევათა უმეტესობა (90%) გამოწვეულია ნაღვლის ბუშტის სადინრის ობსტრუქციით. აღნიშნული ვითარდება ნაღვლის ბუშტის ყელსა ან სანაღვლე სადინარში კენჭის ჩაჭედვის შედეგად, რაც იწვევს ნაღვლის ბუშტის კედლის ანთებას.[1] ნაღვლის გასქელება (დეჰიდრატაციის გამო) ან ნაღვლის სტაზი (ტრავმის ან მძიმე ფორმის სისტემური დაავადების გამო) შემთხვევათა 5%-ში იწვევს ნაღვლის ბუშტის სადინრის დახშობას, რის შედეგადაც ვითარდება აკალკულოზური (არაკენჭოვანი) ქოლეცისტიტი.[1][Figure caption and citation for the preceding image starts]: სანაღვლე გზებიშექმნილია BMJ Publishing Group მიერ [Citation ends].
